Well Doc, Whats The Verdict?

Yesterday I had my consultant appointment.
It was actually my post op appointment with one of the consultants that operated on me.
(I was lucky enough to have two! Get me.)

He is such a lovely man and one I have seen for over 17 years would you believe.

After going through all my operation and my post operation issues I now have to wait for my scan at the end of this month to tell us.

What I do know is that I have inside that are very inflamed and yet another op os on the cards.

Which means a little longer with stronger of pain killers, anti inflammatory drugs and a belly that looks 9 months pregnant.
(lucky me eh)

But on the positive side I am that after the last bits are all whipped out I will feel like a new woman!
As for work I need to be back, as I am now not being paid other that statutory sick pay, which is peanuts.

Onwards and upwards eh.

Don't forget to sign up to the summer swop.

    1. I am lucky my consultant good really. The problem is every one just says "you look really well" but I don't feel it. I often think I should just go in looking very unkept to see if that makes them believe me morello

    1. Yes its a far cry from your actual wages isn't it. Trust me we are being very frugal indeed. I am hoping to get back on reduced hours.

  7. I hope you get sorted out soon. As for ssp, it's bad enough being in constant pain without having money worries too. I hope it isn't too long before you can get back to work.

    1. Thanks Jo. I am really hoping this new combination of tablets makes the pain a bit more bearable so I can do a few reduced hours at least.
