To Fringe Or Not To Fringe, That Is The Question?

All of us lady's have hair dilemmas and this is mine.

I have had the same style for what seems like for ever.

I change it, ie go short;

Short bob haircut
Yet another bob.

But always tend to resort back to the same cut.

Why?
Because I know it suits me.

My latest dilemma is as the title states;
To fringe or not to fringe?

The last time I had one was back in 2006!

This was 2002.

And this 2001.

I know your hair grows but once one is cut in it's with you for a while.

So my dear friends I need your advice,
Should I or shouldn't I?
Honest opinions please.

The hairdressers is booked for Friday so please don't hold back.

As for today well I'm off to action a few training sessions and my outfit is as follows;

Dress - Primark
Top - River Island

It looks like I'm feeling a little blue, but that's not the case.

I'd forgotten all about this top and only found it when I was sorting my clothes ready to ebay.Of course this is far from the black and white I should be wearing but never mind eh!

The blue of the top is lovely and bright;

And blue shoes are a must.

Shoes - barrets, years old.
I must thank you for your ideas for hubbys anniversary gift.
I think I may be getting him tickets for show/gig of some sort if I can sort it and maybe something for his walking as he is very much into it at the moment. He's already planning the coast to coast for us to do next year!

Looking forward to hearing what you think about this fringe idea.

Much love

  1. Personally I think you look better without a fringe but how about trying a sweeping fringe. I think that fringe you had is rather blunt and straight so a sweeping frings cut on the side more may look softer.

    I like the 3rd photo down your hair looks lovely and it suits you like that.

  2. I agree with Lisa-Jane and prefer you without a fringe. If you fancy a change why not try a different hair colour, I think you'd look even more lovely with red hair. xxx

  3. Thanks hun. I'm so torn as to what to do hence asking the question. The third picture is more or less how it is now. I know it suits me so I stick to it.

    Decisions eh! Bet men don't have this problem!

  4. I agree that a sweeping fringe is a good idea, it's what I thought whilst reading... go for it! x

  5. I'm going to be controversial but I like the fringe! Especially in the pic where you're wearing pink. I know what you mean though about being stuck with it for a while - I've been toying with growing mine out for about a year and always get to that annoying long stage and chop it back in again!

  6. I say don't do it...purely from my own experience of having fringes cut in then tediously growing them out!

  7. I was going to say the same as the first comment. I think a straight cut fringe is to severe, but a more layered, side sweeping fringe will frame your face better. Plus if you don't like it, it will be easier to grow out and style.

  9. Firstly, I love those shoes!

    Secondly, I'm going to say no fringe. I prefer you without. Had you thought about an inverted bob? I think that would suit you but not be too drastic.

  10. I'm not the best person to ask on this as I hate fringes and never recommend that anyone gets one! You look gorgeous without one.
