Black Friday..... Well More Like Black And Blue....

Yeah it's Friday!

A whole weekend off and I intend to totally enjoy it.

Its been a funny old week and it has passed by quite quickly to be honest.

(and no it wasn't because I was having so much fun either, if only eh)

So todays attire has added brightness to make me smile and layers to keep me toasty.

Don't know about you but I have suddenly felt quite a chill the past few days.

We can't really grumble considering it is November.

Talking of November have any of you lovely people even though about Christmas yet? 

We decided that this year we would get it nearer December so I am feeling a little jittery as I'm normally almost done and dusted by now.

Oh well, at least it will keep it exciting I suppose.

Tasty Thursday....

Another busy week this week and today has seen me back over to Wales again.

So I thought I would share a few of the yummy items we have been eating of late:

Home made pizza.

Not only is it soooo much cheaper than a take away, it is also much tastier too

I really wasn't sure how this would turn out but it was really nice.

Such a shame I caught it as I pulled it out of the oven!

It looks much darker than it actually was, dam you camera phone. 

As for todays attire?

Well it's a simple outfit that won't get too creased as I sit in the car for hours.

Today I am rocking tartan.

I have to admit it takes me back to my youth.

And anything that reminds you of being younger has to be a good thing surely?

Light Up the Sky....

Happy 5th November.

Like many other people I shan't be going off to any bonfires tonight, instead I will be curled up enjoying a good meal with the family.

Many of the main bonfires and displays were all last weekend in the Midlands.

We shall be attending the annual allotment bonfire the weekend however.

(I know how to have a good time, lol)

Thankfully I am only local today, as its lashing it down here with weather warnings for the motorways.

Todays out is a simple one, a little like me some cheeky folk might say.

Monochrome Monday.....

I am wearing a dress that I'm not too sure how I feel about.

It's not a style I would have rushed for , but as they saying goes it don't try you'll never know.

Lazy Sunday....

Well to be honest not quite that lazy.

As well as having all the family over for lunch we have also been cleaning the caravan as well as tidying the allotment.

In fact its been a very busy Sunday!

I think we raised a few eyebrows as we parked this out side the house:

Thankfully it was only there for an few hours as we washed, hoovered and cleaned it to store for the winter.

Now I intend to have a well earned drink poos before tidying up after the family.

Happy Birthday Beautiful.....

I can't believe my beautiful daughter is 26 today!

I truly am blessed to have such lovely children.

(Even if they do drive me too despair at times!)

And although I won't get to see her today as she is traveling back from uni we are all out for a birthday takeaway at my moms tomorrow evening.

Can't wait.
