What For Tea?

I must get asked that question within the first half an hour of me getting out of bed.
It's amazing isn't it?

Luckily like most of yourselves, I do tend to meal plan in order to make the week go smoother.

After all there is nothing worse than getting home (which for me can be any time between 7-8) and then having to think about what to cook.

Last week I bulk cooked over the weekend so anyone could just pop something in the microwave or oven to heat up.

But for this week we will be lucky enough for Ashleigh to cook us a few meals, although I did cook this evening.

Tonights tea was home made garlic Kiev and home made chips with left over veg.

And it tasted lush.

Ashleigh is cooking tomorrow and we shall be having Mexican.
(thankfully she is a very good cook)

My one rule is that she can only use what we have in the house.
(well its not frugal otherwise is it?)

So I will let you know how it goes.

This week is a mega busy one for me with me dashing here there and every where for filming, writing, reports and meetings. But I am looking forward to it too.

Plus it also means its almost our holiday too!

  2. Ah delicious, I love Kiev it is my all time favourite.
Home made spag bol for me tonight - I never buy ready made pasta sauces, they are way to expensive, a homemade one onl requires a couple of ingredients and tastes so much better!
