Post Holiday Blues!

Yes its back to dear old blighty and that of course means back to work too.
(Well no rest for the wicked eh)

Hope you have all been well out in blog land and I look forward to catching up with all your blogs very soon.

Our holiday was fantastic, thank you for all your lovely comments.

It was of course very frugal, but still a great time was had by all.

I now have real difficulty in fitting into any of my clothes (I kind you not) and have left a huge pile on the bed that I failed to squeeze my lump of a body into.

The gym will be seeing me first thing tomorrow morning before work and the diet is back on.

I'll leave you with a few pictures from our time away.
Our peaceful first few days just the two of us.

Glorious sunsets and walks on the beach

Even nice when the family joined in too

Kassie acting the fool behind Andy.

Andy's best "How you doing????" look.

Even he found it funny!

Ashleigh and Andy playing badminton.

Far too energetic for me!

Admiring the little fishing boats.

Plenty of sea food to eat.

Is smelt divine.

This not so much and I love cheese!

These were very yummy.

  1. Lovely atmospheric snapshots. We are off next week and then back to work on Aug 22nd.
I wish we had the ability to stop and pause time when we are on holiday.

    1. Yes it has softened the blow slightly. It's a good job to be honest cause I can only fit in my summer clothes.

the basket btw was from a local second hand store, 30.00 would be a lot to pay! i paid 15.00 for that one which was fairly expensive but i liked the size. i have a few different sizes and they vary in price from 8-15.00 have you tried charity shops?
