A Lot A Lot Of Lottie...

I might start out my day like this:

But I often ends it like this:

(No digging was actually done by me mind!)

Why?

This big space of two allotment patches.

 

Not quite as neat as our old one but double the size, meaning double the work.

On the plus side that also means double to yummy goodies, I hope!

And still areas we have hardly touched.

Now if you'll excuse me I'm off to paint my nails.

Well you can't see the dirt if you nails are all pretty, can you?

(yes gross, I know.. Just to put things straight they are scrubbed clean first)

Rain Drops Keep Falling On My Head...

Flippin rain.

Oh well at least its not cold, in fact its rather muggy truth be told.

Hat - New Look

On a positive note it's given me a reason to wear a hat.

(Not that I need a reason you understand)

A Parcel Or Two..

You know how you get excited when a parcel.

Nothing nicer than getting some new clothes or a new pair of shoes maybe.

Which as I have spent the day in agony between the toilet and bedroom (too much info?) any distraction has been good.

Even if  todays parcels didn't quite have the appeal or excitement of new shoes.

Two huge chairs for the caravan;

A huge body requires a huge chair!

And a box of goodies also for the caravan;

Admit it you wish you had these parcels.

Nothing more exciting then toilet liquid, lol.

What to wear when your stomach hurts like hell and you have visitors so can't look like a wreak.

What a dilemma.

And this little outfit was my saving grace.

Not the most stylish maybe be comfy and at least I wasn't in my dressing gown.

(Not a good luck I can tell you)

Another week bites the dust and the weekend is here before you know it.

I hate seeing anyone upset, especially my girls.
And a broken heart has to be the worst pain ever at 18.

Raindrops And Teardrops, A Stormy Day...

Somedays are just trying.

Be it the rain beating against the windows;

The ill feeling and sickness;

Or a breaking heart;

Today has included all three.

My poor little girl has had her heart broken and split with her boyfriend.

And be it short term or long term, no mother can stand seeing her child in pain.

Roll on tomorrow.

Clear sky and hopeful hearts I hope.

Whats Black, White And Grey All Over....

Me!

Well lets be honest my legs are whiter that a white thing.

(quite what that is I have no idea!)

I so need to get some sun on my pasty skin, it's so white it's nearly see through.

Someone pass the fake tan quick...

Take one dress.....

Do you ever gasp at the prices of clothes?

I know I do but the great thing about blogging is you have a photo diary of what you wear

Which means you can see just how often you wear an outfit.

Now don't get me wrong a good coat is worth its weight in gold, as is the perfect little black dress

But for everyday wear I just refuse to spend a fortune.

As I do love a bit of purple this ASOS dress has been worn shed loads.

Including Christmas day, work meetings, lounging around the house and a lunch date with the girlies.

It's super comfy and puling any wobbly bits in perfectly.

Win win in my book.

And now down to half pennies (do you remember them?)
