Beautiful sunshine makes even the grottiest of jobs that little bit more bearable.
And with the help of my assistant clearing yet more weeds:
Well Ash did the digging and I did the directing.
Back home I have planted yet more seeds.
Well you can never have enough.
And baked a rhubarb custard tart for pudding:
The family seem to have rhubarb every day as we have so much.
Not that I'm complaining.
Not that I'm complaining.
All the animals have been thoroughly enjoying the weather too.
Hope you have had a great day.

Isn't the weather just gorgeous at the moment? Your rhubarb tart looks absolutely delicious. I bet that was soon eaten up! Enjoy the rest of the week xxx
ReplyDeleteI bared my legs in shorts today but only for outfit pics of some new clothes, I need a fake bake for sure! I love the sound of that tart, I think you should treat us to the recipe xx
ReplyDeleteYour rhubarb custard tart looks delish. I'm hoping that my strawberry plants produce something for me this year. With just taking on a new plot, I'm unsure how long they've been in the ground, but they've only got this year to convince me that they're worth saving or else they'll be out and a new bed will be created. Dull, windy and it looks like rain here today.
ReplyDeleteThat tart looks wonderful and how lovely to be wearing shorts in April - definitely not so warm here this morning - the car boot was freezing! xxx
ReplyDeleteBeautiful weather, I am making so much of the sunshine too :)
