I've been crazy busy with work, so hence being MIA for the past day or so..
I just wanted to pop by and tell you about our frugal anniversary that we had last Sunday.
17 years, where does the time go?
Scary isn't it.
Anyway, we had promised we wouldn't spend any money on our anniversary but still celebrate it.
Here are the cards we made for each other;
Thankfully he said he would! |
Inside said "yours is still the hand I want to hold" Bless him. |
They meant so much more that just popping to shop for one.
We celebrated with both the girls, my eldest's boyfriend and my nephew who all joined us for a yummy roast.
My present to my hubby was home made Profiteroles, which I completely forgot to photograph before we devoured them. they were scrummy even if I do say so myself.
It turned into a rather late evening, with the family not leaving till around 3 in the morning and I don't think I've ever laughter so much in a long time.
Would you believe I ended up dying both my daughters and my nephews hair;
As well as helping to sew hair extensions on to clips.
Which Kassie through would be great fun to attach to her cousin!
I didn't mind through as having them all home was great gift.
