So Valentines may seem like a distant memory now but I though I might share with you the meal I did for Andy and I.
Starter
Scallops with turmeric served on a pea puree accompanied by rocket salad
Main
Home made ciabatta bread, pan fried steak, home made wedges and garlic mushroom.
(accompanies with a beetroot and goats cheese salad)
Dessert
Strawberries with home made heart meringues and double cream.
I don't know about loving, but after that we were only fit for sleeping!
Did you cook something yummy for your special someone?
