I think the colours look fine together. I thought the rule was about blue and green (should never be seen or fit for a queen).

Hubby's just informed me that it comes from our nautical history as an island race. If you see both red and green it means you can see both port and starboard of a ship. Which would mean it was heading straight for you. So not good at all.
